At Red Deer Apothecary, each product is handcrafted in small batches with care. Due to the nature of our bath, body, and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns on used, opened, or personal care products.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when approved.
  • Sale, clearance, and custom items are final sale.
