Thank you for supporting Red Deer Apothecary. All products are handcrafted in small batches and carefully packaged before shipment.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During product launches, holidays, or market seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times vary based on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Red Deer Apothecary is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned and needs to be resent.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is offered, customers will receive an email with pickup instructions once their order is ready.
